Kettlebell training is a serious training program for serious athletes, from beginners to the elite. Kettlebells will greatly increase functional strength, endurance, muscle tone, flexibility. fat loss. power/speed explosivness and grip strength. You can achieve extreme fitness without spending jours in the gym. Kettlebell training is not an aerobic class, however every training session is structured by a certified instructor for maximum results and safety. Kettlebell training increases all around athleticism which has carry over in other sport activities.
